The Visiting Professors Program Offer

With the aim of increasing international representation among its Faculty, the Jagiellonian University has put in place the Visiting Professors Program facilitating foreign academics to become a part of it.

The program offers each of its Guests:

an opportunity to join the faculty of our University;
fully paid-for accommodation in a convenient one-bedroom apartment for the duration of their stay, and
a one-off return economy class trip to their home country per academic year.

The Department hosting a visiting professor will receive a reimbursement of the cost of the Guest's emolument.

Note: Visiting Professors are required to hold a comprehensive health and accident insurance valid in Poland throughout the mobility period. The Jagiellonian University does not provide incoming staff with any health and accident insurance coverage and will not be held responsible for any accidents, disease, damage, or other cost-related events which may occur in relation to the mobility.
